Nova Inova is a game that proposes to inform about the creative and innovative process. This games focus on decision making and group idea discussion, and also to clarify and demystify some concepts about innovation. You will lead a group of creative people to develop innovation alternatives to clients.

The main goal of the game is to keep a good innovation performance on the project. You must be aware of convergent and divergent opinions among the members of the team and theirs strong and weak points. You should keep an eye on their attributes and suggestions in order to take your own decisions for the progress and success of the project.

The game is puzzle-like, and you will have in command of a innovation consulting team, and clients will come for your help looking for ways to improve their existing projects (sustainable innovation) or create something complete new for an emerging market (disruptive innovation). The game system is represented by a hex map, that expand according to the needs of the game, where the structure extends towards the project development and evolution, revealing new paths and pieces.
